2016 SSPA National Convention update

Dates: Sunday 25 September – Saturday 1 October
Iconic wildlife and family fun, stunning white beaches and hi-octane motor sports, you’ll find it all on a seaside holiday at Phillip Island, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. See little penguins and sleepy koalas, teach the kids to swim on a quiet bay beach, and soak up all the action at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.

The 2016 SSPA National Convention will launch at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne with a Medical Symposium and Expo. Transport will be provided for all convention attendees from the RCH to Phillip Island.

Venue: Phillip Island Adventure Resort: Situated on 80 acres of landscaped grounds in the heart of Phillip Island, the Resort benefits from its close proximity to many local attractions and beaches. Featured among the recreational facilities are 2 solar heated pools, one indoor heated pool, an extensive range of professionally built and accredited adventure activities, including 3 giant swings, 2 high ropes courses and multiple twin flying foxes, as well as two large recreational lakes.

Approximate costs for SSPA Members for the Convention week, including accommodation, meals and all activities:

 Full Time Adult $620.00, Child 3-13 $350.00, Child Under 3: free

 Part Time with bed rate: Adult $78 pn, Child 9-13 $58, Child 3-8 $42, Child Under 3: free

 Casual Meal Rates: Adult $15, Child 9-13 $12, Child 3-8 $8, Child Under 3: free

 Bed Linen Hire if required $20 pp.
